Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
• Involved in the annual evaluation process of the organization.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist with scheduling interviews to streamline the hiring process.
• Assist in addressing employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research for business development and any other tasks assigned.
• Assist with other administrative related tasks.
• Maintain a well-controlled operating environment

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management or other related degree. 
• Excellent oral and written skills. 
• Attention to detail.
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of experience in HR role in an asset management firm/investment bank etc.
• A high level of passion, entrepreneurial energy, personal initiative, and responsibility.
• Strong cultural understanding and skills to communicate effectively across multiple geographies.
• Strong negotiating and team-working skills.
• Willingness to work remotely.
