Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
- Involved in the annual evaluation process of the organization.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist with scheduling interviews to streamline the hiring process.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research for business development and any other tasks assigned.
- Assist with other administrative related tasks.
- Maintain a well-controlled operating environment
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management or other related degree.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of experience in HR role in an asset management firm/investment bank etc.
- A high level of passion, entrepreneurial energy, personal initiative, and responsibility.
- Strong cultural understanding and skills to communicate effectively across multiple geographies.
- Strong negotiating and team-working skills.
- Willingness to work remotely.
