Since 2016, Ari also holds a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter from GARP, USA. He is also a recipient of the National Talent Search Scholarship Award from the Government of India.
With over 8 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and private equity, Ari has worked across stints in both debt and equity capital markets. A majority of his investment deals have been in impact space across Micro finance, MSME Finance, Education Finance, and Affordable Housing Finance. He has also handled cross-border M&A deals and well-versed in the valuation of companies. His expertise includes deal origination, due diligence, deal structuring, commercial negotiation, deal execution, and portfolio management. He also has a short stint as an entrepreneur. Yasir Zafar
Mr. Yasir Zafar holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Management and has an experience of investment banking at Faysal Bank Limited. He was associated with the Project and Structured Financing team of Faysal Bank Limited for 3+ years. and contributed towards raising ~ USD 250 Million (for the renewable energy power projects in Pakistan. These projects are a part of mega Renewable Energy Plan 2030 of the Government of Pakistan (“GOP”) where GOP intends to transform the energy mix of Pakistan to at-least 30% RE based. These power projects include (but are not limited to) 100 MW Wind based power plants (2019) and 150 MW Solar based power plants (2021).

Dr. Ulrich Schürenkrämer is a Managing Director of Machlaan GmbH and Managing Partner of Machlaan & Cie., Munich, a family company engaged in consulting, capital investments, culture and charity.
Until July 2016 Dr. Schürenkrämer worked 18 years for Deutsche Bank AG, since 2007 as Member of the Management Committee Germany, Frankfurt/Main. From 1998 to 2006 he held senior management positions in Corporate Banking in Bavaria and was responsible from 2007 to 2013 as Co-Head for the MidCaps Division in Germany. From 2013 to 2016 he served as Regional Head South (Germany).
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in July 1998, Dr. Schürenkrämer worked 15 years for Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG, Munich, at last as Managing Director of the Corporate Banking Division. Before 1994, he held various managing responsibilities in the International Department, at New York Branch and in different regions in Germany.
Dr. Schürenkrämer is a board member of several organizations in finance, culture, education and church like Centesimus Annus pro Pontifice Foundation. He holds a Master degree (Dipl. Kfm.) and Ph.D. in economics (Dr. oec. publ.) from LudwigMaximilians-University Munich and completed a Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He is married and has three children.

Michael Stephan Duesberg is an experienced and sales driven executive in the areas of Financial Services, ICT, and Sustainability. He is Partner at taskforce – Management on Demand GmbH as well as Senior Advisor of Red Hat Inc.
Michael takes over executive management responsibility for complex change processes and turnaround management.Till the end of 2019 he was a member of the Partner Board of BearingPoint Holding B.V. and also a Member of the Board of the exchange listed ÖKOWORLD AG and responsible for its investment subsidiary ÖKOWORLD LUX S.A. in Luxembourg. In addition he was Senior Advisor of IPsoft Inc., CSC/DXC Inc., and Asset Matrix GmbH. Before he was Managing Director of EDS Electronic Data Systems responsible at EDS for the Finance Industry in Europe. Michael was Global Partner of AMVESCAP PLC and for its subsidiary INVESCO responsible as CEO for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Michael has been Executive Vice President of Commerzbank, State Street Bank and HypoVereinsbank as well as Sales and Marketing Manager of IBM Germany. Michael was in a number of Management Boards and Commissions in six European countries.
